Belarus
Viktar Beksha, who used to play as a middle-blocker before embarking on a coaching career, has been at the helm of Team Belarus since early 2017. Under his tenure, Belarus have claimed silver from the 2018 and 2019 editions of the European Silver and Golden League, respectively. This is the first European Championship for Viktar Beksha and he is looking forward to this event. Belarus achieved their best result in the continental showpiece event when they finished 15th in 2013 at their maiden EuroVolley appearance when Denmark and Poland co-hosted the European Championship.
