Venue Information
Kolodruma is the biggest multifunctional complex in Plovdiv, famous with modern architecture and impressive atmosphere. The hall is unique not only being the only covered Olympic-sized cycling track in the Balkans, but also for being able to host 22 sports at the highest level. Kolodruma has also a hall for warm up trainings, press center, locker rooms, coach rooms, LED screens, underground and grand parking for 438 cars. City bus lines that have stops near the arena: 4, 10, 17, 99 PLOVDIV AIRPORT – distance to the hall is 12.2 km, cca. 15 min by car. There’s no public transportation from the airport. Bio
She started her volleyball career at DSI Sport in Balıkesir. She was part of the Turkey U18 team, and played at the 2017 Girls' U18 EC in the Netherlands and 2017 FIVB U18 World Championship in Argentina. She participated 2017 U23 World Championship in Slovenia and won the gold medal. In senior national team she won silver medal at the 2019 in Ankara.
Head-to-Head
· Turkey and Czech Republic have met twice before at the European Championships. The Czechs won 3-2 in the 1995 group stage and Turkey were victorious 3-0 in the 2009 playoff round.
· The only meeting between Turkey and Czech Republic at a world level major tournament (Olympic Games, World Championship, World Cup, Grand Champions Cup, World Grand Prix, Nations League) was in the 2013 World Grand Prix. Turkey won in straight sets.
· Turkey defeated Czech Republic 3-1 in August 2019 in the world Olympic qualifying tournament.

· Turkey have played 98 matches at the European Championships, recording 50 wins and 48 defeats.
· Turkey finished in the top eight at eight of the last nine European Championships. The only exception in that run was 2007 (10th).
· Turkey progressed to the knockout stage by finishing top of Pool D, winning all five matches for the loss of only one set (against Romania in their opening game).
· Turkey can win six consecutive European Championships matches for the first time. They also won five in a row from 2017 to 2019.
· Turkey lost three of their last 19 matches at the European Championships. All three defeats were versus Serbia, while they won each of their last 16 games against all other opponents.
· Turkey were taken to a deciding set in the round of last 16 at the 2019 European Championships. They came from 2-1 down in sets to beat Croatia 16-14 in the fifth.
Czech Republic
· Czech Republic finished in the top eight in only one of their last eight appearances at the European Championships: eighth in 2011 (they defeated France in a play-off to reach the quarter-finals).
· Czech Republic progressed to the knockout stage by finishing fourth in Pool B. They defeated Spain and Greece to take the final qualifying place from that group.
· Czech Republic did not participate at the 2019 European Championships, when the round of last 16 knockout stage was introduced to the tournament.
· Of Czech Republic's last six wins at the European Championships, four were after they had lost the opening set.
